Roxanne is one of the siblings of Toralei Stripe. Their parents remain named unknown due to unknown reasons as well. Roxie is a student at Monster High, she is considered as one of the top students because of her academic performance and activeness in extracurricular activities in contrast to her sister, her sister doesn't really care about her performance in school.Roxie has always dreamed of being a celebrity monster ever since she was a kitten. When she became a student at Monster High, she made sure that she attended every extracurricular activities that involved showcasing her talents such as singing, acting, dancing and impersonating other voices.
Roxanne being the eldest of the whole litter, she has grown up to be the protective one and the one who always looks after everyone. Despite being siblings with Toralei Stripe, their personalities and the way they see life are different from each other.
